09bte Terms & Conditions

Your use of the 09bte platform, whether as a guest browsing publicly available content or as a registered account holder placing real-money wagers, constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. This acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the platform or submit a registration form, whichever occurs first.

This Agreement is supplemented by the 09bte Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall terms governing your relationship with 09bte. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and those supplementary documents, this Agreement shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

To open a player account and use 09bte's real-money services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 09bte strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted on the player-facing platform.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• You must not already hold an active 09bte account. Each person is permitted to maintain only one player account at any time. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that you have submitted to 09bte under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Identity Verification (KYC)

09bte reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any transaction that triggers an internal review threshold. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 09bte account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access your account.

09bte will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 09bte support team immediately at [email protected]. 09bte will investigate the report promptly, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification of the suspected unauthorised access.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords. We recommend a minimum of 12 characters combining upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings for an additional layer of protection.
• Always log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Never respond to unsolicited messages claiming to be from 09bte that request your password or account details. 09bte will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or live chat.

Deposits

All transactions on 09bte are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 09bte accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are ordinarily credited to your account balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. 09bte does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within approximately 30 minutes during normal operating conditions. Funds are remitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 09bte reserves the right to request additional identity documents before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding internal review thresholds.

• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the account has not completed full identity verification.
• 09bte does not accept deposits from, or issue withdrawals to, third-party accounts. The deposit and withdrawal account must belong to and be registered in the name of the 09bte account holder.
• Any funds deposited and not wagered at least once prior to a withdrawal request may be subject to a transaction review.
• In circumstances of suspected fraud, 09bte may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation.

09bte may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback awards, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotional offer on the 09bte platform. By claiming any bonus or promotion, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to this Agreement.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x). This means the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount — must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated in its individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account closure.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free-spin awards expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward wagering requirements. The contribution rates for each game category are stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per slip is stated in the individual promotion terms. Exceeding the maximum bet while clearing a wagering requirement may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

09bte reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring the terms of promotions already claimed by eligible players.

All games available on 09bte are governed by the rules published by the respective game studio — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, or Ezugi — and by any supplementary rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between any game-specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game.

Random Number Generation

All casino game outcomes on 09bte are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems operated and maintained by the respective game studio. 09bte does not modify, override, or in any way influence the outcome of any casino game. The certified fairness of all games is a non-negotiable condition of 09bte's relationship with its studio partners.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the odds published at the time a bet is placed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding. 09bte reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred, or where the integrity of the event is subsequently called into question by the relevant sports governing body.

• In-play (live) bets are accepted at 09bte's discretion. Live odds fluctuate in real time and the odds displayed at the moment of bet placement are the binding odds for that wager.
• 09bte accepts no liability for any internet connectivity issues on the player's side that result in a bet not being registered or confirmed before a market closes.
• Winnings from sports bets will be credited to your account balance following settlement of the relevant event, typically within two hours of the final result being confirmed by the official governing body.

The following actions constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one 09bte account simultaneously or consecutively under any identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 09bte platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery. Exploitation for financial gain will be treated as fraud.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets.
• Using the 09bte platform to launder money, conduct any transaction connected to the proceeds of crime, or otherwise engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
• Engaging in charge-backs or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first exhausting 09bte's dispute resolution process.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 09bte customer support staff or other players through any communication channel.

09bte is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its player community. Gambling is a form of entertainment that carries inherent financial risk. It should never be approached as a source of income, as a method of recovering previous losses, or as an activity conducted under the influence of substances that impair judgement.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 09bte platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 09bte platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the 09bte platform.
• Create derivative works based on 09bte's proprietary content or game interfaces.
• Use 09bte's brand name, logos, or trademarks in any commercial context without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 09bte, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults, server outages, or third-party payment provider failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Interruptions in service caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or internet infrastructure failures outside 09bte's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the 09bte platform that contains errors or omissions.

In all cases, 09bte's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 09bte account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

09bte reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Instruction from a competent legal authority or regulatory body.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of this Agreement, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (voluntary closure), any withdrawable balance will be remitted to the player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided all verification requirements have been met.

09bte reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When a material change is made, we will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this document. Where we judge an amendment to be particularly significant, we may also notify registered account holders by email to the address on record.

Your continued use of the 09bte platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept a revised version of this Agreement, you must cease using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of any changes.
